PROJECT SPOTLIGHT
We have recently completed 1.3 million square feet of the Linden Logistics Center, located in Northern New Jersey. The Linden Logistics Center is a 4.1 million-square-foot multi-building, Class A industrial distribution development in one of the nation’s most vibrant industrial markets,
with a 1.6 million-square-foot Phase Two currently under construction and slated to deliver Q2 and Q3 of 2022.
With over 100 years of chemical manufacturing, 30 years of environmental cleanup and 15 years of vacant, idle land, the 350-acre contaminated brownfield site required an extensive amount of environmental and geotechnical improvements prior to the beginning of construction.
With a focus on speed to market, Greek Development was able to deliver 1.3 million SF of warehouse space ahead of schedule and under budget by utilizing tilt-up construction completed by our sister company, Parsicon Builders.
