of assisted living facilities. The project includes the construction of a new, 2-story inpatient rehab center adjacent and connecting to the existing facility, totaling approx. 65,000 SF. A highlight of the new facility will
be the Aquatic Therapy Center, encompassing a spa as well as a state-of-the-art rehabilitation gymnasium that houses activity rooms, outpatient therapy and a physical therapy gym including two hydrotherapy pools and
a lap pool. Mc Gowan is scheduled to complete this project in Fall 2021.
