480 Flatz, a 35-unit luxury multifamily building in East Rutherford, N.J., marks the latest chapter in Morris Construction Management’s deep history of bringing challenging and complex value-add projects to life. Previously a bank-owned property with little hopes of future development, our expertise in value-add development provided the tools necessary to successfully unlock value from the property. Leveraging our understanding of real estate financing and development, we envisioned a new, creative multifamily adaptive reuse for the site. Shortly after opening earlier this year, 480 Flatz reached full occupancy and fulfilled our value-add strategy at the property.
