OUR ADVANTAGE
REDCOM is able to take a project from concept to completion. Our in-house engineers and architects
take care of all preconstruction services including due diligence, conceptual planning, and site plan approval. When you choose REDCOM, we oversee the entire project, not just the construction. In-house estimators have 40 years of logs to analyze to help them make critical purchasing decisions. We are able to complete full design- build projects or any of the steps in between. REDCOM specializes in design and construction of automotive dealerships and industrial buildings.
ON THE HORIZON
REDCOM is always growing. Right now we are focusing on the growth of our engineering and land development operations. Land acquisitions manager, Nick Braco,
has many years of engineering experience and has the ability to determine the buildable area of a site in a very short period of time. The growth of our engineering department will reinforce and support Nick, as well as our expansion of land development in New Jersey.
CREATIVE SOLUTION
Residents downstream from one of our prime industrial development sites experienced consistent flooding during recent significant rainfall events (e.g. Hurricane Ida). To help out the community, and in response to requests from the Environmental Commission, our engineers plan to increase the size and capacity of the detention basin on the property, beyond municipal and state requirements.

PROJECT SPOTLIGHT
Our project titled the Greene Building, soon to be REDI- farms. Construction has just begun on the repurpose
of the old Handler industrial building in Westfield,
NJ. Located on North Avenue, the project will be a hydroponic farm and restaurant that will provide fresh produce to Westfield and the surrounding townships. It will feature grow rooms, a speakeasy, a la carte service
and an education center. All services utilized for this project were done in-house and included preconstruction, conceptual planning and design and general contracting.
