OUR ADVANTAGE
With over 15 years of trusted experience, JRM has quickly grown to become one of the top General Contracting
and Construction Management firms across the U.S. The cornerstones of JRM’s business are solid construction
and excellence in on-site management. We bring our clients the expertise and full capabilities of a large firm, while maintaining a boutique firm approach with top- down involvement. Meaning at JRM, our teams work collaboratively on all projects both small and large from principals and directors to project managers, estimators, supers and our laborers on-site. All the while, maintaining our core guiding values of honesty and integrity above all, working as one unified team to deliver unparalleled client service and consistently innovating our approach by never settling for the status quo.
ON THE HORIZON
Delivering JRM’s industry-leading consistent standard of excellence and quality to burgeoning sectors in today’s market. We see increasing demand in the Life Science, Health care, Mission Critical and MEPS areas. We also expect to see increased ground-up residential and mixed-
use development to accommodate the needs of hybrid and remote workers and solve the current housing shortage. In addition, the warehouse and distribution sectors will thrive significantly as online shopping increases. Simultaneously, the need for retail spaces within residential areas will increase as hybrid work allows people to spend more time shopping in their own neighborhoods.
PROJECT SPOTLIGHT
JRM is completing a new $66 million ground-up
residential project known as 49 Fisk Street in Jersey City, NJ. The 322,750-square-foot project encompasses a new 6-story building with 5 levels of residential apartments, including 337 units with a mix of studios, 1-bedrooms
and 2-bedrooms along with a parking level with charging stations for electric vehicles. Amenities will include a fitness center, working lounge, game room, speakeasy bar lounge and a fully landscaped courtyard pavilion and roof deck. The building envelope includes private balconies, brick, metal panels, cement fiberboards and aluminum-clad windows. JRM is working closely with the client, Halpern Real Estate Ventures, to bring the project to fruition.
