The owner of a 350,000-square-foot flex campus in Fairfield has closed on $15 million in financing for the property, in a deal arranged by G.S. Wilcox & Co.
According to the debt placement team, Ohio National Life Insurance Co. provided the loan in connection with the Madison Corporate Campus just north of Route 46. David Fryer, a principal with Morristown-based G.S. Wilcox, completed the transaction, which is the second time in the past 20 years that the firm has secured financing for the Madison Road property.
“Given the volatility in the market, G.S. Wilcox & Co. is proud to have secured such favorable terms for our client,” Fryer said. “It was a pleasure working with both the lender and borrower to get the loan across the finish line.”
