A life sciences firm has found its new U.S. headquarters after leasing more than 4,000 square feet at a Princeton-area office building, in a newly announced deal by Fennelly Associates.
The operator, ITM Isotope Technologies Munich SE, is a Germany-based, privately owned biotechnology and radiopharmaceutical group of companies that develops products used in cancer treatment, according to a news release. Its new home at 5 Vaughn Drive in West Windsor places it in the heart of Princeton’s pharmaceutical and biotech business corridor, with a space inside a newly renovated, 98,500-square-foot property about a mile from Route 1.
Fennelly Associates Corporate Real Estate Specialist Matt Fennelly represented the tenant in the 4,093-square-foot deal. Newmark represented the landlord, American Equity Partners.
“When a global biotech company is looking to establish a U.S. headquarters, Princeton is often one of the most attractive destinations,” Fennelly said. “Princeton’s reputation as a hub for biotech and pharmaceutical companies as well as a research and development center is particularly attractive to companies like ITM Isotope Technologies Munich SE and we’re proud to provide the real estate services needed to help them establish a new home within Princeton.”
