Green Hill Title leases 3,000 sq. ft. for new location in Mount Olive

Green Hill Title LLC has found a new home for its main office after taking nearly 3,000 square feet in Mount Olive’s sprawling International Trade Center section.

The firm, which serves both residential and commercial title insurance clients, said 350 Clark Drive would serve as its primary location as of Nov. 1. The 2,900-square-foot space is part of a building that is minutes from Interstate 80, providing easy access to multiple highways and other destinations in northern New Jersey.

Green Hill Title has been in business for 17 years and has written more than 10,000 policies totaling more than $7 billion, Principal Robert Wanamaker said. The company also has an office at 33 Washington St. in Morristown.
