Arthur M. Greenbaum, a titan of New Jersey real estate law, will receive a lifetime achievement award and headline the list of honorees at NAIOP New Jersey’s annual gala this spring.
The commercial real estate development association announced Thursday that Greenbaum, a founder and of counsel of Greenbaum Rowe Smith & Davis LLP, will be recognized at the May 11 event in the Somerset section of Franklin. It will be the 30th time the chapter has hosted its annual gala, one of the most heavily attended commercial real estate events in New Jersey.
Along with Greenbaum’s Lifetime Achievement Award, NAIOP will present its Impact Award will to JLL, with Executive Managing Director Robert Kossar accepting. Hollister Construction Services LLC and Biggins Lacy Shapiro & Co. LLC will receive the Industry Service Awards, with CEO Chris Johnson and Executive Managing Director Jay Biggins accepting for their respective firms.
“It is an honor to be recognized by NAIOP NJ,” said Robert Kossar, executive managing director and leader of JLL’s New Jersey business. “We are pleased to be part of an industry that is playing such an important role in New Jersey’s growing economy.”
NAIOP New Jersey will also unveil the winners of its coveted Deal of the Year Awards.
The gala, which will be held at The Palace in Somerset, is routinely one of the New Jersey commercial real estate industry’s top networking events. In recent years, it has drawn more than 700 industry leaders.
The gala is chaired by Kim Brennan of Colliers International, Seena Stein of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank and Ed Walsh of Avison Young. The members-only presale is open now through March 17, while ticket sales will open to the public on March 18.
