A specialty health and wellness practice has taken more than 1,100 square feet at a medical office and retail property in North Brunswick, brokers with Fennelly Associates announced.
According to a news release, Livin Health Inc. is leasing a unit at 1950 Route 27 under a deal with 1950 NB Property. The space within the single-story, 13,280-square-foot building will provide a new home for the practice and for therapeutic services such as deep tissue massage therapy, aromatherapy massage, cupping therapy and acupuncture.
Fennelly Associates’ Jerry Fennelly and Matthew Fennelly represented ownership in the 1,125-square-foot transaction, noting that the property offers convenient access to nearby retail outlets including Costco, Aldi and Trader Joe’s.
