Hillsborough medical office building sells for $5 million, Marcus says

A private buyer has paid more than $5 million for a 16,250-square-foot office building in Hillsborough, in a newly announced transaction by Marcus & Millichap Capital Corp.

Charles Loccisano and Michael Lombardi, investment specialists in the firm’s New Jersey office, represented the unnamed LLC in its purchase of 751 Route 206. The property is home to RWJ Urgent Care among its four tenants.

The building changed hands for $5.01 million.
