Hilton Realty has picked Fennelly Associates as its leasing team for three prominent commercial properties in and around Princeton.

According to Fennelly, the assignment includes Princeton Executive Center at 4301 Route 1 in South Brunswick. Located in the township’s Monmouth Junction section, the 61,342-square-foot, three-story medical office building was renovated in 2020 and is anchored by Rothman Orthopaedics, while it’s also home to Antarri Dental and three other tenants.

Fennelly noted that the property, located on the southbound side of Route 1 and just south of Raymond Road, is a short drive from Penn Medicine Princeton Medical Center and is six miles from Exit 8A on the New Jersey Turnpike.

In West Windsor, the team is marketing the Princeton Arms Shopping Center at 2025 Old Trenton Road, which spans 32,962 square feet and 16 stores, according to a news release. Located less than a mile from Route 133 and within walking distance of a 300-unit garden apartment complex and a new, 300-unit age-restricted housing development, it’s home to Amazon, CMB Karate, Café Capuano and Kumon Learning Center.

The third property is Research Park, an 18-building, 425,000-square-foot office complex at 451-470 Wall St. in Princeton, Fennelly said. With suites ranging from 800 to 24,000 square feet, the property sits off Route 206 and is minutes from downtown Princeton, while it’s 10 minutes from the Princeton Junction train station and connected to the 92-acre Van Horne Park.

“It is an honor to continue to work with Hilton Realty and build upon our many successes together over the last 40 years,” said Jerry Fennelly, president of Fennelly Associates. “Hilton Realty has built a reputation for providing an unmatched tenant experience in the market and we’re thrilled to help them attract quality tenants to these well-maintained and strategically located properties.”
