The developer of a mixed-use, 10-story building in the Bronx has tapped Hollister Construction Services as part of its design-build team.
The Parsippany-based construction management firm announced the new assignment at 425 Westchester Ave., where it will work on behalf of AB Capstone. Slated to break ground in the first quarter, the 144,000-square-foot building will include a charter school, ground-floor retail space, office space for nonprofits and a rooftop play space.
Hollister is working alongside Michael Graves Architecture & Design to lead the delivery of the 144,000-square-foot project.
“The collaboration between Hollister and Michael Graves Architecture & Design has been exceptional in solving for AB Capstone’s needs and providing the best possible design for them, their tenants, neighborhood and environment,” said Andrew McLaughlin, project executive at Hollister. “The collaboration is progressing seamlessly!”
