Hospice business takes 2,900 sq. ft. in Burlington

A hospice provider has leased nearly 3,000 square feet of office space in Burlington, according to brokers with Wolf Commercial Real Estate.

The tenant, Vitality Hospice Care, will occupy the space at 460 Veterans Drive under the transaction with H & W Holding Group LLC. Its new home is part of a 63,400-square-foot office and flex building with easy access to the Burlington-Bristol Bridge and proximity to Routes 130, Interstate 295 and the New Jersey Turnpike.

WCRE’s Kevin Coleman and Victor DeJesus represented both parties in the 2,918-square-foot transaction. In a news release, they noted the building’s location adjacent to NJ Transit’s River Line, along with its proximity to retail, banks and restaurants.
