Insurance agency takes 5,200 sq. ft. for expansion to Vineland, WCRE says

An insurance agency has leased 5,200 square feet of office space in Vineland, in a newly announced deal by Wolf Commercial Real Estate.

The brokerage firm represented the tenant, Hardenbergh Insurance Group, in the transaction at 228 West Landis Ave. The space inside the renovated 61,500-square-foot building will support its expansion in Cumberland County, providing strong visibility along Landis Avenue.

WCRE Managing Principal Jason Wolf and Senior Adviser Andrew Koller spearheaded the lease.
