IOREBA program to highlight legal limitations and liabilities in commercial real estate

The Industrial and Office Real Estate Brokers Association will welcome industry leaders next week for its fall kickoff event in Roseland, where panelists will tackle a key legal topic.

Slated for Nov. 14, the program at 56 at Roseland will feature a discussion titled Legal Limitations and Liabilities in Commercial Real Estate. Speakers will include Lawrence Weiner of Mandelbaum Barrett PC and Andrew Ullrich of Ullrich Law, with NAI DiLeo-Bram & Co. Chief Operating Officer David Simon serving as moderator.

The event at 56 Livingston Ave. begins at 6 p.m., with the panel slated to take place from 7 to 8 p.m. According to IOREBA, a buffet dinner and open bar will be served throughout the evening.
