Itinerary management firm inks 2,300 sq. ft. lease in Hopewell, CPN says

A firm that provides itinerary management for travel professionals has taken nearly 2,300 square feet at a Mercer County office building, according to Commercial Property Network Inc.

The tenant, Travefy Inc., will occupy the space at 7 Tree Farm Road in Hopewell under a three-year lease, the brokerage firm said. Al Toto, a senior vice president with CPN, brokered the 2,285-square-foot transaction at what’s known as Tree Farm Village.

According to CPN’s website, the location houses both ground-floor retail space and second-floor offices. The property fronts Route 31 and is just north of the Pennington border.
