With less than a month to go until the Jersey City Summit for Real Estate, Economic Development & Innovation, the annual event is shaping up to be bigger than ever.
Its organizer, roundtable&advisory, said it’s expecting a crowd of more than 1,250 on June 4 when the conference returns to the landmark Harborside complex owned by The 601W Cos. That’s no surprise for an event that’s now in its 11th year and brings together some of the region’s biggest names in commercial real estate, government and other sectors for a full day of presentations, panels and networking.
This year’s program, chaired by Connell Foley LLP, includes a fireside chat with Jersey City Mayor James Solomon and discussions on everything ranging from affordable housing and placemaking to capital markets, office and multifamily. For the full list of speakers, event details and registration, visit the Jersey City Summit’s website here.

“Attend the event to network and learn from the folks behind the region’s largest and most transformative projects,” roundtable&advisory wrote in its event announcement. “Come together to share what’s great and partner on what’s next.”
Led by Sherif M. Abouzied, founder and managing principal of the conference, the event will come four months after the Newark Summit for Real Estate, Economic Development & Placemaking drew more than 1,200 attendees to The Fidelco Group’s historic 550 Broad St. building in that city. The Jersey City Summit is returning for a third year to Harborside, where it will take over the fourth floor of Building 1 at 150 Hudson St., providing attendees with sweeping views of the Manhattan skyline.
The day begins with a breakfast reception at 7:30 a.m., followed by welcome remarks at 8:15 a.m. and the first of seven panel discussions shortly thereafter. The agenda also includes four fireside chats and several other presentations by speakers, sponsors and special guests.
