Larken Associates has named a new property manager for its commercial real estate portfolio in central New Jersey.

Josh Folco

In a news release, the Branchburg-based firm said Josh Folco brings more than 10 years of industry experience to his new role and will work closely with Jamie Kerr, commercial asset manager, as it continues to expand its portfolio of industrial, office, retail and self-storage buildings. He will oversee 12 properties spanning more than 1 million square feet within Larken Associates’ portfolio.

“As we continue to prioritize strategic growth across our commercial real estate portfolio, it’s vital that we place the right people in positions to ensure our tenant experience continues to be second to none,” said David Gardner, Larken’s CEO and president. “Through the addition of Josh and his tremendous experience, we are confident that we are ensuring that we can continue to provide the premier management services our tenants expect from a building owned by Larken Associates.”

Folco most recently spent 10 years as commercial property manager for Panagakos Development, a Massachusetts-based commercial real estate leasing and development firm, where he oversaw a portfolio of more than 75 commercial properties. He also is a former commercial real estate broker with Hackensack-based Alexander Anderson Real Estate Group.

“From my initial meeting with Larken Associates, it was clear that high standards underline everything at the company,” Folco said. “I am honored to bring my experience and skillset to the company to enhance the properties I manage and build upon our reputation for excellence in the commercial real estate industry.”
