Dynamic Engineering Consultants PC is once again expanding in downtown Chester, where it occupies more than 15,000 square feet under a lease with Larken Associates.
According to a news release, Dynamic has been a tenant at 245 Main St. since 2006. Its expansion to 15,486 square feet marks the third time it has taken additional space at what’s known as the Williamson Building, a 38,782-square-foot, former 1920s-era school building that Larken Associates restored and modernized for contemporary office space in 2017.
“We’re excited that we can continue to operate out of the building as we expand our work across not only New Jersey but the entire Northeast,” said Joseph Jaworski, director and principal of Dynamic Engineering Consultants, noting that the group’s original home was his 150-square-foot living room. “We thank Larken Associates for their support over the years and look forward to the continuation of our relationship with their team.”
Rob Marek of Raider Realty, Larken Associates’ in-house brokerage division, represented ownership in the transaction with Dynamic, which provides comprehensive professional engineering and consulting services throughout the U.S. The landlord added that the Williamson Building, which is suited for medical, dental and professional office use, sits just off Route 24, has ample on-site parking and provides quick access to nearby restaurants, banking, shopping and entertainment options.
“Building lasting relationships with the businesses who call our property’s home is one of the most important aspects of our process,” said Marek, an executive vice president with Raider Realty. “The relationship we’ve developed over the past 17 years with Dynamic Engineering Consultants PC, is a terrific example of how our spaces can grow with our tenants, even as their needs change. We’re proud to continue to work with them and look forward to their ongoing success at the Williamson Building.”
