Two new tenants are coming to Alfred Sanzari Enterprises’ Court Plaza campus in Hackensack after signing leases at the three-building property.
According to a news release, the deals include a 1,827-square-foot commitment by Fazzio Law Offices. The space at Court Plaza South, located at 21 Main St., is the firm’s third location in the tristate area alongside offices in Hoboken and New York and will serve its client base of small, medium and large businesses in a practice that spans corporate and employment law, commercial litigation, real estate law and tax, trust and estates law.
“Court Plaza South’s proximity to area courthouses and its mix of amenities made it the perfect location to accommodate our growth and open our third office,” said John P. Fazzio, the firm’s managing attorney. “It was also reassuring to know that Alfred Sanzari Enterprises are long-term owners who will ensure our space is well maintained and a welcoming environment for our clients and staff.”
NAI James E. Hanson’s Andrew Somple, Jonathan Kristofich and Jessica Curry represented ownership in the deal and in the second lease, a 1,030-square-foot transaction with BHB Funding. Court Plaza will be the first New Jersey location for the Boca Raton, Florida-based fintech company, which specializes in revenue-based financing as alternative financing for small to medium businesses.
“We were looking for a space that could support our current growth as well as future expansion,” said Victor Castillo, co-founder of BHB Funding. “Court Plaza was the perfect fit for us and it has the right blend of onsite conveniences plus great local food and retail options all within walking distance for our team to enjoy.”
Located in downtown Hackensack, Court Plaza comprises 335,000 square feet across its three office buildings, providing tenants with a host of amenities, an on-site bank and covered parking with direct access. Occupiers are minutes from Interstate 80, routes 4, 17 and 46, the New Jersey Turnpike and the Garden State Parkway, while they are steps from the Bergen County Justice Center and the city’s retail and restaurant offerings.
“Our long-term ownership continues to be a differentiator for our tenants,” said Carolina Gutierrez, leasing and marketing manager for Alfred Sanzari Enterprises. “They can trust that the space they lease will continue to be carefully maintained and evolve with changing workforce needs. Court Plaza offers an abundance of on-site amenities and a wide range of conveniences just outside tenants’ doors. We look forward to Fazzio Law Offices and BHB Funding experiencing all that Court Plaza has to offer.”
