Levin Management Corp. has announced two executive promotions, touting its sustained growth and transaction volume across a nearly 16 million-square-foot portfolio.

Based in North Plainfield, the commercial real estate services firm has elevated Stacy Garrity to vice president and corporate secretary and Antoinette Puccia to vice president, legal. Both joined LMC in 2010 and are notary publics in New Jersey, having most recently served as senior paralegals.
Each is being promoted for the second time in 12 months, LMC said. At the time of their previous promotions, in January, Garrity also assumed the role of corporate secretary.
“We are incredibly proud of the talent we cultivate at Levin Management, and I am pleased to announce these well-deserved advancements,” said Matthew K. Harding, the firm’s CEO. “Since joining our company, both Stacy and Antoinette have done a tremendous job developing a highly effective legal department. These promotions reflect their significant contributions as co-leaders of that team.”
With a focus on retail, LMC has a leasing and management portfolio of 125 properties in the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic states. The firm offers leasing, property management, financial management and reporting, construction management and development, lease administration, marketing services and acquisition and disposition consulting services.
