A music school that occupies more than 7,000 square feet of office space in West Windsor has renewed its lease, in a newly announced deal by Fennelly Associates.
The brokerage firm on Wednesday said it represented Bayard Street Properties, the landlord at 231 Clarksville Road, in the transaction with Westrick Music Academy. The renewal comes as Fennelly also markets the 27,773-square-foot building for sale, touting its location less than five miles from Princeton University and its access to routes 1 and 206 and Interstate 295.
“With several retail and shopping destinations nearby, 231 Clarksville Road is a well-located and adaptable office building with approved zoning for medical, professional and social services uses,” Fennelly Associates President Jerry Fennelly said. “In a region that continues to see growing demand from tenants across a wide variety of industries, this building exemplifies the type of investment properties that continue to stand out in the market.”
Westrick Music Academy, which occupies 7,025 square feet, offers a range of programs to youth choristers and musicians in the greater Princeton area, according to a news release. It’s among several tenants at 231 Clarksville Road, which is nearly fully leased, occupying the building alongside Kaleidoscope ABA, Wellness Recovery Center of NJ and RSM.
