Marcus & Millichap has bolstered its national investment sales team with the addition of a New Jersey health care real estate specialist, the firm said Tuesday.
Kim Kretowicz has joined the firm as vice president with its Healthcare Real Estate Group and National Office and Industrial Properties Group, according to J.D. Parker, senior vice president/Northeast division manager at Marcus & Millichap. Last year, Kretowicz advised and brokered more than $30 million worth of office and medical office dispositions in New Jersey.
In her new position, which is based in the firm’s Manhattan office, she will continue her focus as an adviser to office and health care property owners in New Jersey. Her clients include real estate investment trusts, medical and office developers and private investors, such as Mack-Cali Realty Corp., American Real Estate, Woodmont Properties and Hudson Equities.
“Kim’s vast experience in both value-add and net-lease investments make her a very strong addition to our Marcus & Millichap team,” Parker said in a prepared statement. “We’re thrilled to welcome a leader whose experience has resulted in an extensive network and excellent results throughout her career.”
Kretowicz brings 25 years of experience in the corporate real estate industry. Prior to joining Marcus and Millichap she served as director at Stan Johnson, director at Cushman & Wakefield New Jersey and principal of KCRE Commercial Real Estate LLC.
She also has served as senior vice president and executive committee member at Grubb and Ellis, vice president and manager of Weichert Commercial Brokerage’s central New Jersey office.
Kretowicz attended Marymount University with a concentration in business.
