NAI James E. Hanson has announced three new hires aimed at bolstering its research and brokerage teams.

The Teterboro-based firm said James Delmonte joins its ranks as a vice president and director of research, bringing more than 25 years of industry experience. In the role, he will analyze macro and microeconomic conditions and the real estate market in order to provide NAI Hanson’s brokers and clients with data and insights to help them navigate the northern New Jersey real estate market.
The company added that Delmonte, who has a background in real estate research, analytics and economics, has consulted for clients such as Colliers, Cherre, The Real Deal and Newmark Knight Frank. Prior to joining NAI Hanson and his work as a consultant, he served as vice president of research at both JLL and Avison Young.
Delmonte also served as director of research for Cushman & Wakefield from 1995 to 2006 and again from 2013 to 2015, according to a news release. He holds an MBA from Wilkes University and completed both the Business Analytics and General Management programs at Harvard Business School.

NAI Hanson has also hired Raymond Peck and Edward Garcia as associates. Peck, who has more than 20 years of experience in financial services, will work closely with Senior Vice President Joshua Levering on office sales and leasing in northern New Jersey.
Before joining the firm, Peck held multiple advisory and sales roles at firms such as Wells Fargo, M&T Bank, JP Morgan Chase, Maverick Funding and First Financial Equities, the news release said. He holds a business degree from Miami Dade College and has previously held securities licenses including his Series 6, 7, 63 and 65.
Garcia, for his part, will work closely with Vice President Sigmund Schorr to manage transactions in the greater New Jersey and Pennsylvania regions. His background spans senior leadership roles in areas such as finance, business development and mergers and acquisitions.

NAI Hanson added that, with extensive experience in international business negotiations, Garcia brings a distinctive skillset in leading projects and navigating complex transactions. He has an MBA from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business and a bachelor’s in economics from Rutgers University.
“Our firm’s decades of success have only been possible through our ability to leverage our team’s deep experience to drive results on behalf of our clients,” said William C. Hanson, president of NAI James E. Hanson. “Ed, James and Raymond have all distinguished themselves as leaders in their respective fields with demonstrated track records of success and we are thrilled to bring them aboard to continue that proud tradition.”
