NAI James E. Hanson has added to its property management portfolio in the region after securing assignments for three properties totaling more than 591,000 square feet.
According to the firm, the largest of the facilities is the newly built, 535,603-square-foot Golden Triangle Logistics Center in Middletown, New York. In New Jersey, the new assignments include a 12,686-square-foot industrial and office property at 41 Orchard St. in Ramsey and a 43,560-square-foot industrial building at 136-160 Route 1&9 in Newark.
NAI Hanson Management oversees more than 7.6 million square feet of office, industrial, retail and flex properties, as well as land, in 22 states across the country, according to a news release. The firm offers full property management services, including accounting, maintenance, tenant installation, construction management, project management and risk management.
