A nonprofit mental health agency has expanded after taking 5,000 square feet at a Wayne office building, brokers with NAI James E. Hanson announced Thursday.
According to a news release, Center for Evaluation and Counseling Inc. will use the space at 30 Galesi Drive to provide services such as individual, group and family therapy, forensic evaluations, parenting support and specialized programs for at-risk youth. The new location at the three-story, 46,000-square-foot building provides it with easy access to routes 23 and 46 and Interstate 80, joining existing CEC offices in Sparta, Parsippany and Madison.
NAI Hanson’s Darren Lizzack and Randy Horning represented the tenant, which has more than 30 years of experience treating children, adolescents, adults and families across the region. They added that 30 Galesi Drive has a newly renovated lobby, ample on-site parking, high ceilings and an on-site property manager, among other perks.
“Specialized health care providers like the Center for Evaluation and Counseling continue to serve as one of the primary demand drivers for Class A suburban office space,” Horning said. “Well-maintained properties situated in a prime location like 30 Galesi Drive continue to be highly attractive destinations for these kinds of tenants.”
