NAI James E. Hanson has promoted brokers Lorenzo Lambiase and Cameron Silverstein to the role of associate vice president, the Teterboro-based firm announced Monday.
Lambiase, who joined the company in summer 2019, is an industrial real estate specialist who works on a team that includes Kenneth Lundberg and Patrick Lennon. He has completed more than 50 industrial deals valued at over $188 million and works alongside national investment and development firms such as Bristol Group and L&B Realty Advisors.
Currently in the process of obtaining his Certified Commercial Investment Member designation and is a member of NAIOP New Jersey and the Industrial & Office Real Estate Brokers Association.

Also arriving at the firm in summer 2019, Silverstein focuses on the corporate services sector in northern New Jersey and works alongside Michael G. Walters, executive managing director of NAI Hanson’s corporate services group. The company said he has developed into an expert on analyzing the national and local data needed to complete complex transactions across various sectors, having played a crucial role in the completion of 12 transactions valued at over $63 million.
Additionally, Silverstein is currently involved with multiple industrial development projects across northern New Jersey.
