A radiology practice has signed a renewal at a medical office building in Belleville, where it occupies nearly 8,800 square feet under a lease with Everest Healthcare Properties.
According to NAI James E. Hanson, which represented the landlord, the New Jersey Imaging Network has been a tenant at 36 Newark Ave. since 2015. With the 8,796-square-foot renewal, the practice will continue to operate a primary care office from the three-story, 47-842-square-foot medical office building that is connected to Clara Maass Medical Center via an indoor pedestrian bridge.
NAI Hanson’s Darren Lizzack and Randy Horning represented the landlord, while Versa PM NJ LLC represented the tenant.
