A financial services firm has leased 1,600 square feet of office space in Branchburg, in one of three newly announced deals by The Boniakowski Commercial Real Estate Group.
In a news release, the brokerage team said it helped Lifetime Financial Planning procure a location at 3461 Route 22. Boniakowski’s Todd Gannet completed the deal, noting that the space was already built out to the tenant’s requirements and ready for occupancy.
Gannet, a senior vice president with the Green Brook-based firm, also brokered a lease at 398 Lincoln Blvd. in Middlesex Borough for Nurpet Packaging. The food packaging supplier will occupy 1,600 square feet of office space at the building, which will support its manufacturing facility.
The third transaction involved another client, Hoffman Enterprises, buying a building for its expansion but needing interim warehouse space until the new facility was ready. Gannet represented the firm in securing 12,500 square feet at an undisclosed location.
