An oral surgery practice has taken space at a single-story office park in East Brunswick, in a newly announced deal by Sheldon Gross Realty.
The brokerage firm said the tenant, the Oral Surgery Group, is leasing 4,405 square feet at 213 Summerhill Road in a location that is less than a mile from Route 18. It will serve as the newest location for the team of five board-certified practitioners, who also have offices in New Brunswick and Middlesex.
“For this surgery practice, the East Brunswick space is an ideal fit,” said Jonathan Glick, executive vice president with Sheldon Gross. “Located in a thriving office park where most other tenants are health care-related, and with quick access to the area’s major roadways, it’s difficult to imagine a better place for a team of oral surgeons to put out their shingle.”
Summerhill Group is the landlord at the property.
