A labor organization has purchased a 13,000-square-foot office building in Elmwood Park, in a deal arranged by brokers with Pagano Co.
The buyer, IBT Local 560, paid an undisclosed sum for the three-story property at 303 Molnar Drive, according to a news release. Pagano brokers Rich Pagano and Nikki Pagano represented both the private seller and the buyer in the deal.
