A growing pain management practice has acquired an 11,052-square-foot office building in Mount Laurel, under a transaction arranged by Rose Commercial Real Estate.
In a news release, the brokerage firm said it represented Relievus Pain Management in its purchase of 813 East Gate Drive. Overbrook Partners LP sold the property, which sits just off Interstate 295, for an undisclosed price.
Rose Commercial Real Estate President Adam Rose completed the deal, working alongside Relievus Chief Operating Officer Ron Saltiel. The practice will use the building for its new corporate headquarters, having expanded to more than 20 offices and outgrown its current hub.
“Like in many searches, location was key,” Rose said. “Relievus was in need of a centrally located office that not only would satisfy their growing demands but also be convenient.”
