An insurance agency has found a new home at the Jersey Shore after leasing nearly 13,000 square feet in Wall Township, in a recently announced deal by Princeton Property Partners.
The tenant, Specialty Insurance Agency, will occupy space at 1350 Campus Parkway under a deal with Monmouth Shores Park Realty, according to a news release. Its new 12,554-square-foot home, which previously housed what’s now Hackensack Meridian Health, is part of the Monmouth Shores Corporate Park near the junction of routes 33 and 34.
Princeton Property Partners President Sab Russo and Chief Financial Officer Spencer Page announced the deal recently.
“1350 Campus Parkway was an exceptional value for our client,” Russo said. “Specialty has been located in neighboring Brick Township for 20 years and the building it occupies had essentially filled up with medical tenants over the years, making parking extremely challenging for employees and expansion impossible.”
He noted that the space “contained many of the floor plan features desired by Specialty,” adding: “We were able to reuse most of the existing improvements and construct a beautiful and functional space with no out-of-pocket expense by the tenant.”
Page, meantime, credited listing brokers Steve Richel and Mike Jensen of Richel Commercial as being “very responsive and easy to work with.”
