A growing primary care practice is expanding to Edgewater after leasing 5,000 square feet of medical office space, in a newly announced deal by NAI James E. Hanson.
In a news release, the brokerage team said it represented OneMD LLC in the transaction at 935 River Road, securing its latest location in a footprint that includes Bergen and Hudson counties. It joins several other health care tenants at the three-story, 31,956-square-foot building, which sits between the Lincoln Tunnel and George Washington Bridge and provides a highly visible location along a busy thoroughfare.
NAI Hanson’s Darren Lizzack and Randy Horning represented the tenant in the transaction with the landlord, MMGK LLC.
“In today’s health care real estate market, tenants are looking for space where they can treat their patients in a welcoming and efficient manner,” Lizzack said. “Each health care provider has a different set unique size and location requirements, so we were happy to use our knowledge of the area to provide practical options and ultimately help our client secure a space that fit their needs.”
