CPA Architecture
CPA Architecture is a Multidiscipline Architectural and Design firm established in 2004. Through the years we have partnered with our clients to provide the highest-quality work. With a solid foundation in Architectural design and Construction as well as various types of construction vehicles, we have gained a great insight into project development and the costs associated with bringing a project from conception to fruition. Our experience developing many differing project types has given us an in-depth awareness of not only the building codes but also a keen understanding of construction costs, methods and materials. This experience has provided us with the skillset to navigate the complex development process and ascertain the best approach for each project. Solar Landscape
Founded in 2012, Asbury Park-based Solar Landscape is New Jersey’s #1 provider of rooftop community solar and commercial solar solutions. We’ve installed solar on over 200 commercial flat rooftops and have worked across 30 million square feet of industrial community solar projects, with the top safety record in the state.
Greenspot
Greenspot develops, installs, operates and maintains electric vehicle (EV) charging stations. Greenspot is a Charge Point Operator (CPO), so we own the charging stations and network. Our business model is to invest in technology to sell electricity to EV drivers. Greenspot provides everything property owners and managers need to monetize their parking lots without CapEx and the headache of ownership. Greenspot does this by installing charging stations on the property, operating and generating revenue, covering the cost of expenses and then sharing profits. Greenspot will continue to make the investment in the technology (e.g. Upgrades to faster and wireless charging) and expansion to provide drivers with more access to EV charging spots. Over time there will be many more EVs coming to your property and, as the charging stations expand, the NOI will grow significantly.

At NuWorld Energy, we specialize in providing energy monitoring and smart building solutions to commercial real estate clients. Our services include installing energy monitoring devices, data analysis and integrating smart building technology to optimize energy usage and improve building operations.
