A supplier of turf products has renewed its lease for more than 21,000 square feet of warehouse space in Fairfield, in one of three new deals by Resource Realty of Northern New Jersey.
The brokerage team represented Fisher & Sons in the transaction at 277 Route 46, noting that its client serves a regional customer base of landscapers, golf courses and major lawn care providers. The company leases the 21,058-square-foot space from Fairfield Industrial 111 LLC, which Resource Realty also represented with a team that included principals Tom Consiglio, Greg Sabato and Brian Wilson.
“By renewing their lease for five years, Fisher & Sons has solidified their commitment to leveraging the high visibility of their Route 46 location,” Sabato said. “Being here has allowed them to expand their business model to include walk-in sales with the addition of next-level client access.”
In a second transaction, Wilson represented the tenant in a 6,720-square-foot renewal at 311 West Main St. in Rockaway Borough. The tenant, Classic Tile, leases the space from Rockaway Recycling, Resource Realty said, touting its location near Interstate 80 and Route 46 and a steel-frame, modern industrial flex facility with heavy power and 12- by 16-foot overhead doors.
“The Rockaway and greater Morris County markets continue to be an important destination for industrial users, who are drawn to key industrial parks and infrastructure,” Wilson said. “There is a confluence of modern facilities, excellent transportation access and a skilled workforce, making this hub highly attractive to a wide range of businesses seeking warehouse, logistics and flex space.”
Sabato also finalized a nearly 3,000-square-foot office lease at 55 Lane Road in Fairfield, acting as the tenant representative for Hightower Financial. He noted that the high-end building includes amenities such as a fitness center, on-site dining options and ample parking.
