A logistics and product support firm is staying in place at an Elmwood Park office building after a lease renewal with Alfred Sanzari Enterprises, the landlord announced Tuesday.
The occupier, Complete Logistics Support Inc., occupies 3,129 square feet at Sanzari’s Elmwood Park Plaza at 475 Market St. The women-owned small business has been a tenant at the 68,000-square-foot, four-story building since 2017, benefiting from a location that is minutes from Interstate 80, Route 46 and the Garden State Parkway.
Alfred Sanzari Enterprises’ Stephen Jennings represented ownership in-house.
“It’s crucially important to our business that we have office and administrative space that puts our employees in a position to be successful,” said John Ferrari, a senior vice president at Complete Logistics Support. “Since we moved in back in 2017, Elmwood Park Plaza has been a tremendous fit for our business and we’re happy to extend our stay.”
According to a news release, the firm provides full-service logistics and integrated product support to the defense and commercial business sectors. Its services include technical manual development, training and e-learning development, technical illustration and multimedia services.
“One of the most important features a property can offer today’s businesses is easy accessibility,” said Jennings, Sanzari’s vice president of leasing and marketing. “Elmwood Park Plaza’s location near many of the state’s major roadways and easy access to public transportation options make it an excellent choice for businesses as they continue to place an emphasis on their employees’ daily experience. We’re proud to continue our relationship with Complete Logistics Support, Inc., and provide them with the space needed to achieve their goals.”
