The owner of an eight-building, 237,000-square-foot office and industrial complex in North Brunswick has tapped Sheldon Gross Realty as its property manager.
In a news release, the real estate services firm said the properties at 1460 Livingston Road are home to about 20 tenants and vary in size. The largest among them, buildings 800 and 900, are roughly a year old and have a combined 86,000 square feet with five tenants.
“A mixed-use complex is typically an important economic driver for an area, offering multiple synergies,” Sheldon Gross Realty President Marcy Gross said. “That’s definitely the case for this location, and as its property manager we ensure the property always functions exactly as intended. We know our client and the tenants are counting on us, as are many other businesses in and around Middlesex County that rely on the activity at 1460 Livingston Avenue.”
Sheldon Gross Realty is responsible for all aspects of maintenance, system upgrades, compliance, security, tenant relations and landscaping for the portfolio, which is just off Route 1 and is less than 10 minutes from Interstate 287.
