BNE Real Estate Group is hailing a fast start at its new apartment building in Teaneck, where renters have leased nearly two-thirds of its 228 luxury units.
The property, One500, opened for leasing in August and has seen nearly 100 residents move in, the developer said Tuesday. Working alongside The Marketing Directors, BNE says it’s attracting both local residents looking for an upgraded living space and those moving away from more densely developed areas.
The formula has proved beneficial for the four-story building at 1500 Teaneck Road.
“Teaneck is one of Bergen County’s most dynamic and well-located townships, which presented an ideal setting for One500’s unique lifestyle opportunity,” said Jonathan Schwartz, a partner at Livingston-based BNE. “We’re delighted that the public has responded so positively and are thrilled that resident referrals continue to be the largest source for new leases. It speaks volumes to know that our residents are enjoying the community so much that they want to share their experience with friends and family.”
Designed by Minno & Wasko Architects and Planners, the five-story building includes studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom homes with den layouts, balconies and patios available in select units, according to a news release. Monthly rents start at $1,995, with a limited-time offer of one month free on a 13-month lease.
The developer also touted amenities such as a landscaped terrace with grills, dining areas and fire pits. Inside, the building has Amazon package service, a social lounge and a business lounge, along with a children’s playroom and a modern fitness center, among other features.
The building, which is near Route 4 and less than five miles from the George Washington Bridge, is also minutes from Teaneck’s retail, restaurant and cultural offerings.
“One500 offers an exciting opportunity to enjoy this location to the fullest,’ said Jacqueline Urgo, president of The Marketing Directors. “Renters are clearly taking notice.”
