BNE Real Estate Group has taken the wraps off a 228-unit luxury apartment building in Teaneck, offering a new suburban living option some five miles from Manhattan.
The developer on Monday announced the launch of leasing at 1500 Teaneck Road, the site of a five-story property known as One500. The firm has already leased dozens of apartments prior to unveiling the mix of studio, one and two-bedroom homes, where rents start at $1,965 with an offer of one month free on a 13-month lease.
BNE’s Jonathan Schwartz hailed the “tremendous” early interest at One500.
“Teaneck is well known throughout the region for offering suburban conveniences and a robust downtown atmosphere combined with outstanding accessibility to Manhattan,” said Schwartz, a partner with the Livingston-based firm. “We believe now more than ever, people are looking to live in exactly this type of location which affords them opportunities to enjoy the outdoors and open space while residing in a brand new, amenity-rich residential building.”

Designed by Minno & Wasko Architects and Planners, One500 is about a mile north of Route 4. BNE and The Marketing Directors, the property’s leasing agent, cited its location less than five miles from the George Washington Bridge and its proximity to NJ Transit bus service.
The boutique building offers den layouts, balconies and patios in some units, along with amenities and services such as a landscaped outdoor terrace with grills, dining areas and fire pits, according to a news release. Inside, the property offers Amazon package service, social and business lounges, a coffee bar, a modern fitness center and other options.
Immediate occupancy is available, BNE said. The leasing team is offering private, in-person leasing presentations and virtual tours.
