An attorney in Hackensack has signed her latest lease renewal with Alfred Sanzari Enterprises — her landlord of nearly 40 years — opting to stay in place at the firm’s Court Plaza complex.
The lawyer, Lorraine Teleky-Petrella, Esq., occupies 1,482 square feet at Court Plaza North and specializes in environmental, family, personal injury and real estate law, among other practice areas. Its home at 25 Main St. has served as its headquarters since 1986, Sanzari said, touting the property’s location just steps from the Bergen County Courthouse.
Chris DeLorenzo, vice president and director of leasing and marketing, and Carolina Gutierrez, manager of leasing and marketing, completed the renewal on ownership’s behalf.
“Our hands-on management and long-term ownership strategy power the strong relationships we maintain with our tenants, not just at Court Plaza, but across our portfolio,” Gutierrez said. “We are proud to have negotiated yet another lease renewal with Lorraine Teleky-Petrella as we approach the 40-year anniversary of her tenancy at Court Plaza.”
Located in downtown Hackensack, Court Plaza spans three buildings with a combined 335,000 square feet. Tenants are minutes from Interstate 80, routes 4, 17 and 46, the New Jersey Turnpike and the Garden State Parkway, as well as NJ Transit rail and bus service.
Amenities at the campus include fully covered parking, a full-service cafeteria, a fitness center, a common conference room with a large, flat-screen Smart TV and 24/7 access.
