Ware Malcomb has announced a promotion within its Princeton-based interior architecture and design team.
The full-service design firm said Arturo Ponciano is now studio manager, interior architecture and design, having joined the company as a senior project manager in 2017. In the new role, he helps lead and manage the office’s interior architecture and design studio and manages select projects.
Ware Malcomb added that Ponciano specializes in repositioning and corporate fit-out projects. According to a news release, he has managed projects ranging from renovations to new construction, with a background in the design of office, industrial, health care, public, retail and research and development facilities.
His experience also includes building façade renovations, site and landscape projects.
“Arturo’s extensive interior design expertise coupled with his calm demeanor make him a valuable mentor and strong leader,” said Marlyn Zucosky, director, interior architecture and design of Ware Malcomb’s Princeton and Newark offices. “Arturo’s dedication to our team and clients is apparent in everything he does, and we look forward to his continued growth in years to come.”
Ponciano holds a bachelor’s in architecture from the University of Miami.
