WCRE: Berlin office building sold in deal between BFP Properties, Badmacs Holdings

BFP Properties LLC has sold a 4,100-square-foot office building in the Camden County borough of Berlin, in a deal arranged by Wolf Commercial Real Estate.

The buyer, Badmacs Holdings LLC, paid an undisclosed sum for the property at 23 Harker Ave. It’s set to benefit from the site’s easy access to routes 70 and 30, Interstate 295 and the New Jersey Turnpike, plus its proximity to retailers such as Shoprite, Walmart and Chick-fil-A.
