WCRE brokers sale of 1,500 sq. ft. medical office condo in Voorhees

A private entity has sold a 1,500-square-foot medical office condominium in Voorhees, in a newly announced deal by Wolf Commercial Real Estate.

Corey Hassman, a senior advisor with WCRE, represented Pair Properties in its purchase of Suite 504 at 2301 East Evesham Ave., according to a news release. He said the property known as The Pavilions of Voorhees drew interest thanks in part to its location off Evesham Road and its proximity to multiple health care facilities and high-end boutique retailers.

WCRE Property Management also manages the property.
