WCRE: Cherry Hill office building sold in deal with end-user

A private user has purchased a 20,000-square-foot office building in Cherry Hill, in a newly announced deal by Wolf Commercial Real Estate.

The brokerage team represented the seller, Bregan LLC, in the transaction at 1934 Olney Ave., noting that buyer Three C Holdings LLC will use the property for its new headquarters. An existing tenant, IAA Insurance, will remain as a long-term occupant on the second floor, as both firms benefit from the building’s location near routes 70 and 73, Interstate 295 and the New Jersey Turnpike.

WCRE Vice President Bethany Brown completed the assignment. Terms were not disclosed.
