WCRE: Freestanding 5,000 sq. ft. office building trades in Gloucester City

A real estate firm has sold a 5,000-square-foot office building in Gloucester City, in a newly announced deal by Wolf Commercial Real Estate.

The brokerage team represented the seller, FALASCA Real Estate Holdings, in the transaction at 340 South Broadway. A private buyer purchased the asset for an undisclosed price, WCRE said, noting that the property sits on a busy thoroughfare and provides users with access to routes 130 and 168 and Interstate 76
