An investor has purchased a 3,200-square-foot mixed-use building in Maple Shade Township, according to a brokerage team with Wolf Commercial Real Estate.

The buyer, Benedicta Otalor, paid an undisclosed sum for the property at 111 East Main St. WCRE’s Corey Hassman represented both parties in the sale by Dr. Stephen Paul Properties LLC, noting that the buyer picked the location due in part to its income-producing residential units on the second floor.

Beyond that, the building sits on the township’s main corridor, WCRE said, while the surrounding area has strong local demographics, a thriving business community and convenient access to major highways.
