WCRE: Private tenant takes 1,200 sq. ft. at Cherry Hill office building

The owner of a boutique office building in Cherry Hill has secured a new tenant for the property, according to a broker with Wolf Commercial Real Estate.

In a news release, WCRE said it represented the Frank H. Radey III Trust as the leasing agent at 100 Haddontowne Court. The undisclosed tenant will occupy some 1,200 square feet at the building, which has direct access to Interstate 295 and the New Jersey Turnpike and is minutes from downtown Haddonfield and PATCO’s Woodcrest station.

WCRE Senior Adviser Brian Goren completed the deal on the landlord’s behalf.
