WCRE: Surgery center coming to 50,000 sq. ft. medical office complex in Voorhees

A surgical center has leased 10,000 square feet at a medical office complex in Voorhees, under a newly announced transaction by Wolf Commercial Real Estate.

The brokerage firm announced Friday that it represented Voorhees EA LLC, the landlord at 136 Route 73, in the transaction with Center Advanced Surgical Excellence LLC. The practice will open a new ambulatory surgical center at the two-building, 50,000-square-foot property, which shares the highway with other key medical users including Virtua Health System and the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia.

John Mozzillo, a senior associate with WCRE, completed the assignment. He noted that the newly developed complex offers build-to-suit tenant spaces with an ownership and design team that is experienced in health care.
